Coeo Solutions is pleased to introduce our new Vice President of Channel Sales, Joshua Posey. Joshua is a veteran sales leader with more than 20 years of industry experience.
Joshua has a proven track record of achieving organizational success by building, developing and motivating sales organizations to achieve superior results. His success is driven by an ability to identify and deliver solutions that address strategic technology challenges facing organizations in a complex and ever-changing environment.
Joshua comes to us from IntelePeer where he worked as a Regional Director before being promoted to VP of Channel Sales in 2020.
As a Regional Director, Joshua led sales across 13 states, achieving 20% year-over-year growth. In this role, his responsibilities included new business expansion, identifying operational efficiencies, and enhancing client relationships.
Joshua was recognized as Intelepeer’s transformational leader in sales operational excellence and was promoted to the VP of Channel Sales.
In this role, he developed key analytics for the sales team on funnel growth and projections, tracking performance, and identifying weaknesses.
In his VP role, Joshua managed 25 strategic partners that included some of the largest integrators in the US, guiding all client service agreements as well as having responsibility for executive relationships with these organizations.
With an impressive background in channel sales, Joshua will strengthen our channel program by helping deepen channel relationships while creating new partnership opportunities.
